How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically take 10–21 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

Email us at miracledollsbrand@miracledollsbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your exchange.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Most of our styles run true to size. Check the individual product description for any specific fit notes.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at miracledollsbrand@miracledollsbrand.com if you need to make changes.
